In pursuit of that goal, our policies are straightforward, simple, and easy to understand. If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of the product or the overall experience you have with Signtastic!, simply contact us and we’ll make it right.   • If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please let us know by calling customer support toll-free 1-855-644-0593 or by filling out our Contact Us form by clicking on "Return & Refund Policy" with your name, email, phone number, order number with a brief explanation of your return request. You can find your order number on the order confirmation email or by logging into your account on Signastic.us and viewing your "Order History". You must, however, notify us of any problem within 24 hours of receipt of your item and return the product to us if requested.

    If the error was a result of Signtastic not getting your order correct, we will have your order reprinted and shipped out to you at no cost within our standard production time, or we will issue you a refund for the original order price.

    If your dissatisfaction was not a Signtastic error, we'll ask you to create a return label & ship the product back to us. Please include the original packing slip in your return. You can ship it back using whatever carrier you prefer. Once we get it, we'll refund the order subtotal. We must receive your order within 30 days of your original contact with our customer service team about the issue.

    Damage from Shipping:
    Signtastic uses FedEx for all our shipping. If your order arrives damaged, we'll work with FedEx and in the meantime, we'll reprint and send out your new product within the standard production time.

    Return & Refund:
    If you are simply looking to return your order and do not wish to have it replaced, we'll ask you to create a return label & ship the product back to us within 30 business days of delivery. You can ship it back using whatever carrier you prefer. Once we get it, we'll refund you the amount of the original order excluding shipping. The refund will go to the original form of payment within 2-5 business days.

  • Cancellations Policy

    Because we want to get your order to you as quickly as possible, our custom orders begin the production process immediately after you have approved your proof(s). Because of this, we can not allow any order cancellations on custom ordered products after the graphics approval process, this goes for any and all custom ordered products. That said, any stock products and accessories, your order can be canceled any time prior to it being shipped. Just call us at 855-644-0593 and we will help you cancel the order.

  • Shipping & Turnaround Policy

    Signtastic! offers free Valley deliveries & shipping on all orders over $175 excluding orders that contain rigid signs that are greater than 36” in either dimension only for orders shipping to the contiguous United States. Orders to other countries, Alaska, and Hawaii are not covered by this offer.

    Signtastic! ships all packages via FedEx or its related services. Our standard shipping level is FedEx 2-Day Air Shipping.

    Signtastic! works hard to ensure orders will be produced and arrive to our customers by requested delivery date. The "date of order" is the calendar date of an order placed. If an order is placed before 4:00 pm Mountain Standard Time Monday - Friday it's considered placed. After 4:00 pm is considered "next business day".

    You agree that Signtastic! will take at least 3 -5 business days to produce your order and that it may take longer than 5 business days as laid out in the Shipping & Turnaround Policy. The Shipping & Turnaround Policy is hereby incorporated by reference. Moreover, you agree that our shipping time frame may depend on your response time to our inquiries regarding your order. Available turnaround times will be listed with the product as part of the order process.

    We will make every effort to adhere to the estimated shipping schedule and delivery date for your order. However, weather delays, equipment failures, technical problems, shipping delays and other problems beyond our control may delay the printing and delivery process. Under such circumstances rush charges and other production fees may be waived or refunded as applicable, however, such delays are not grounds for cancellation of an order.

  • Privacy Policy

    The information we collect about you when you become a customer is used to process your orders and to provide a more personalized experience on our site and will never be shared.

    Signtastic! will never sell or share your personal information with third parties for any amount of money or trade value. However, we will share your name and email address with our shipping partners to ensure that you are kept "in the loop" about deliveries of orders. In addition, we may contact you from time to time by phone, email, or regular USPS with regards to your order, Signtastic! information, details of special sales, other offers, and to generally and briefly "stay in touch".

  • Secure Checkout

    Our ordering page/shopping cart uses a secure encrypted server so you can feel perfectly safe entering your information/payment online. Signtastic! never sees any credit card information for any online orders. We are also PCI Compliant which means we pass the strict processing security requirements by the credit card industry.
