We're Actively Hiring: Sign Sales Representative – Experienced Only

Location: 1230 South Gilbert Road, Mesa, AZ 85204
Type: Full-time, In-person
Pay: (base + uncapped commission – strong earning potential based on results) Details discussed in interview.

Position Overview

Join our tight-knit team to drive new business and revenue growth. Sell premium custom signage solutions—including channel lettering, monument signs, illuminated logos, vehicle wraps, wide-format graphics, banners, trade show displays, 3D printed elements, and more—to local/regional clients in retail, hospitality, real estate, and beyond.

Focus on consultative selling, building lasting relationships, and hitting targets in our collaborative environment. Direct impact—no corporate hurdles!

Key Responsibilities

Prospect leads via cold calls, networking, referrals, events, outreach, and community connections to grow our Mesa/Phoenix base.
Consult with clients on branding needs, budgets, timelines; propose tailored solutions (includes on-site visits/site surveys).
Prepare quotes, proposals, estimates, contracts; negotiate and close deals effectively.
Build/maintain relationships for repeat business, referrals, and upsells.
Collaborate with in-house design, production, and installation teams for on-time, high-quality delivery.
Track activity in CRM, meet/exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
Provide occasional counter help for walk-ins/basic service.

Qualifications (Experienced Only – Required)

2+ years proven sales experience in signage, graphics, visual communications, or related industry (track record of meeting goals required).
Success closing custom/signage deals and driving growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Solid knowledge of sign products, materials, processes, and trends (e.g., Arizona climate durability).
Self-motivated, organized, resilient; able to work independently in a small team.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (driving essential for client meetings/site surveys/local travel).
Preferred: CRM experience, basic design software familiarity (Adobe/CorelDRAW), local Mesa/Phoenix market knowledge.
